I don't normally write bad reviews, but for anyone who hasn't been to many Thai places, you should know that the portions here are *tiny* compared to other Thai places. I've been to a ton as Thai is one of my favorite foods. I just moved to Baltimore, around the corner from Thai Landing and was excited to try it. The first time I went it was a half hour before closing, so I thought maybe they were just running out of food? We had an app and 2 entrees, all tiny portions on top of tons of lettuce. I decided to try again today, and same thing! Tiny servings. From now on I will walk the extra couple blocks to Stang of Siam. Seriously, the portions are near double there and just as tasty.
Good Thai food & friendly staff. Nice atmosphere.
I love their food and drink. My favorite drink is the Mai Thai. Will absolutely come back.
Visited on Wednesday 6/26 for lunch with 5 Co-Workers. Friendly staff. Very polite and attentive. They have a small main dining area and a upstairs area for additional dining. Food came out within a reasonable time and it was very good. I tried the Chicken Satay appetizer and the Khoa Soi with chicken. I would recommend both. Overall a positive experience and I do recommend as a good dining choice.
Friendly, SLOW service. The Thai wings were underseasoned and should have been cooked in newer oil. The sauce that accompanied them, however, was very tasty. I also ordered the Thai garden salad that was described as "greens"; what I was given was a plate of iceberg lettuce. My sever was friendly and gladly took it back. I replaced my salad with the Thai spring rolls. They were fresh and tasty, aside from the 25 minute wait they took to arrive. All in all, I appreciate the friendly service. Still, I will not return.
I ordered take out from here for lunch to give the place one last chance before I fully gave up on it.Not only is it expensive and flavorless, but I found 5 hairs in my food. Yes, 5! 😳
Experienced something of an over-long wait time, but the food was of good quality and the staff were eager to please if somewhat over-occupied. Delicious, but if you're at peak hours, you may experience something of a delay, especially if you're on the second storey and the hosts can't see you directly.
Not the best Tom yum goong soup I had but the pork larb salad with rice was really good.
Ordered via Postmates, waited an hour after getting a text that it was ready before it actually was ready.
Pretty decent Thai food. Don't expect anything amazing, but I routinely order food from here. Only once out of the 10 or so times I have gotten delivery have they messed up. The red curry was good, but not as spicy as I would like. The Pad Thai was good, and better than average compared to many Thai places. The fried spring rolls [I'm forgetting the actual name] are quite good, and their Thai iced tea is spot on.
The food was great nice little spot
I visited Thai Landing during their lunch hours and was happy with the results. Their menu is limited compared to their dinner menu, but the food is good and reasonably priced.
Good food! It gets busy with pick up orders/delivery persons coming and going though the dining room.
Food is tasty and didn't taken long to arrive but the server was way to preoccupied to be bothered with serving us.
A great pad thai
Food was delicious and served on time. This place will never be disappointed you. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Their price was decent.
I used to get food from here in the early 2000s and the food was quite good. They were supposed to be torn down with the rest of the block, but somehow they were saved! We returned recently and the food has been amazing! Much better than I remembered. And I remember amazing food. They have a very robust veggie/vegan menu. Only complaint is a few things on the menu are no longer served, but there are also some new items. I'm really glad we rediscovered Thai Landing.
If you want the most Maryland yet Thai experience of all dishes, I recommend the crab fried rice when its available. Personally I wasn't aware that was a possible combo but it was delicious. Other than that their other dishes, especially the curry ones are good.
For vegetarians: menu is great. Veggie duck and chicken were delicious. We eat a lot of spicy and this was extremely spicy. Tread lightly. Place isn't as sophisticated, but not the worst. I'd recommend. But maybe it's one of those places you take to go.
The food was delicious and service was fast and friendly. Prices were about average, but they run Groupon's and if you're able to get one before they sell out it's a steal.
Drunken noodles for the win! Only downside, the service is a little slow and confused.
Had the shrimp drunken noodles. The FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. Server should be nicer though.
Accidentally ordered for take-out instead of delivery, and they dropped off my order free of charge! Great customer service and great food, highly recommend
i decided to give you guys ANOTHER try, since last time your food came too spicy. Well guess what? i just ordered food by UBER eats, selected MILD, even left a note plz make food super mild. NO hot peppers. My basic fried rice is completely covered in them, and you forgot my Thai iced tea so i have nothing to cook my mouth down with. So i have to throw this out now. never again.
The food is great and the service is very fast. They lose the one star, however, because their dining room is small and the kitchen probably does not have a closed door because you could smell everything they were cooking in there and being a vegetarian, the overwhelming smell of fish was extremely off putting. I'd say order to go, especially on busy nights or if you have large parties (basically anything more than 4-5). Also great for vegans and vegetarians with a pretty sizeable dedicated vegan menu that doesn't use oyster or fish sauce.
Love this place! I go hear religiously and I am never disappointed!
This is our go to Thai restaurant in Baltimore. Have been visiting good takeout for several years. As typical with takeout, check your order before you leave. TL is usually good with this, but on rare occasion we've had an issue. Always has dine in customers. Inside is cozy. Food is great!
Good price.
Great food served in portion sizes that leave you feeling satisfied, not stuffed. The cocktails are reasonably priced, but somewhat hit or miss
What a great experience, great food and people in Baltimore!
This is the best Thai food in the area! Not only was the food great, but so was the service!
The food was great!!!! They were quick and flexible. My waiter Tak was soooo good. She was very nice and friendly. 5 stars!!!
Pad Ginger with Shrimp was good. Service was efficient. Not much atmosphere.
I love all they food ,and such great experience to have a tasty food by delivery to your home,Highly recommendation is the healthy fresh spring rolls.
We ordered food via Uber eats this evening and I'm just appalled at what we received. The absolute worst was the massaman curry, which is supposed to be youchicken simmered and coconut milk with my smooth curry pasta, roasted peanut, potatoes and onion. Instead we received a container of saucethat had two tiny pieces of chicken and a small portion of potato. The enclosed one very small continue of rice that was too be shared. I feel completely ripped off.
Really like food but the service was a bit off. We ordered 2 appetizers and 4 entrees. One appetizer came promptly. And then one main dish. Then eventually the second appetizer arrived. Then the other three main dishes. Two of the three were incorrect. So while everything tasted really good the service issues give me pause to further recommend
It USED to be a decent restaurant, NOW it was the worst Thai food I've ever had. I can get better out of a can from the grocery store. The service was nice, but the tax on the food bill was 12% ! What kind of "accidental" fraud is that???
I went with a friend and got the pad thai.I've never really been a fan of Thai food but I'll try anything once or twice. The flavor was pretty bland tasting aside from the peanut buttery taste. The tea that I order was prefect
Fine Thai food, consistent and pretty affordable. I usually do carryout when I do come here and they've never messed anything up.
Delicious food, nice low-key atmosphere. Quick walk to dinner after seeing the BSO.
Hands down best Thai food in Baltimore. Really good food and great service. Their prices are reasonable.
Food was really good. Not completely authentic though.
Good Thai restaurant in Mount Vernon. We went on a Friday and service was a bit slow, but the food was great! There is a wide selection of food, and also a vegetarian menu as well
Placed a $100 delivery for a hotel. Delicious food but no napkins, untiles, plates! Seriously? I’m at a hotel! Shame. Need to step it up. So disappointing.
Pretty good Thai food. Recently closed down through in oct 19, 17 by the health dept... so now I'm skeptical of going back
Great service and great food. The portion is great for reasonable price.
Very tasty food, nice quiet place for lunch.
Usually have lunch here bi-weekly. Good food, seasoned to your taste. Upon request they'll prepare it mild or spicy. Highly recommend the drunken noodles with beef or chicken. Staff is friendly and even helpful if you want to practice the Thai language. My only qualm is that they don't serve any Thai desserts.
Delicious, priced right, service leaves something to be desired.
The fresh spring rolls and basil fried rice are great!
